SHIPPING POLICY
 

IndieApparel.us uses PayPal to process all payments; however, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
Money can be drawn from your PayPal account, credit card, or bank card. Rest assured that when you make a purchase, your money is kept in an escrow account.

 

 

Funds will be released to the vendor only after confirmation of shipment. * We use UPS and (United States State Postal Service) USPS shipping carriers.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within three business days.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.

Tracking your order


After shipping, the vendor will send you the tracking number/s. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already been shipped, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package. You may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders by log in into your account.  All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company (UPS or U.S. Postal Service).


To track your order, visit usps.com or ups.com. Paste the Tracking Number that the seller sent you into the “Track” field and search. These sites will provide the latest status for your package and/or delivery confirmation. 


I have not yet received my order.

If you have not received your order approximately three (3) days after you were supposed to, please first contact the seller by logging into your account. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, send us a message via email at info@IndieApparel.us


Defective or wrong merchandise.

If you have received defective or the wrong merchandise, please notify the seller within three (3) days of receiving the product.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the seller designer directly within 15 days after you have received your purchase. All communications with a seller must be done through Indie Apparel customer account. You must have a return authorization. Log-in into your account, send a message to the seller and request your Return Merchandise Authoring (RMA). 

Once the RMA is issued, it must be printed and included in the package with the return product. In your message, you will receive the postage paid shipping label. You must affix it on the rerun box.


Once the returned item is received by the seller, a full refund minus the shipping cost will be issued through PayPal. Processing may take three (3) to five (5) business days. 


We do not offer merchandise exchanges

IndieApparel.us will not honor any return without a Return Merchandise Authoring (RMA) being issued.
There is a maximum 30 days limit for all returns. No return will be considered or accepted after 30 days after the original ship day.

In most cases, SALES and CLEARANCE items will be final sales. No return will be accepted. Feel free to contact the designer/ seller wish questions regarding sale and clearance items.
